Your data will not be transmitted to third countries. If you refuse to provide personal and bank data, we will be unable to fulfill our contractual obligations. We do not use profiling or automated decisions.

The duration of storage is based on the duration of our business relationship, the consents given by you, and the statutory retention periods and legal obligations applicable to us.

You may request information about your personal data stored by us at any time free of charge. As the data subject, you also have the right to revoke, access, delete, rectify, restrict, and transfer your personal data, provided that no legal retention obligations apply to us. If you exercise your right of revocation, all your data will be irretrievably deleted, unless higher statutory regulations are violated.
